Membership Fees:

• Members are required to pay an annual membership fee, the amount of which will be determined by the club management.

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Code of Conduct:

• Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.

• Any form of cheating, collusion, or unethical behaviour will result in immediate expulsion from the club.

• All games will be played according to standard poker rules unless otherwise specified by the club management.

• Decisions made by the club management regarding game-play, disputes, or rule interpretations are final.

• Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules and formats of each game or tournament.

Responsible Gaming:

• Spades Social promotes responsible gaming practices and encourages members to play within their means.

• Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek help through appropriate resources and support groups.

Security and Privacy:

• Members' personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and must not share them with others.

Termination of Membership:
